Partner with the marketing and category development team and work as a finance advisor to the categories by managing category P&L, evaluating the investments and offer finance

Budget Control and Analysis:

Manage budgeting for the overall company and report variances support to the team

Financial Analysis of initiatives:

Assess pay-out of marketing and sales initiatives and recommend improvement opportunities

Cost Analysis:

Regular analysis of company’s product and other costs and recommend improvement opportunities

Talent Acquisition:

Conduct applicants' evaluation by determining and implementing selection criteria and strategy in order to attract top talent

Recruitment, Onboarding, and Training Process Management:

Support and manages process of recruitment including Applicant Tracking System, follow-Up and report generation of monthly, quarterly progress reports

Optimizing current process. evaluating, optimizing and aligning organizational talent processes and systems to meet business requirements across the organization

Performance Management

Partner with OD to identify talented employees with high potential in order to support in developing career plans that drives employee retention
