Goody LEAPs Into 2025

Saudi Arabia is a country that is changing rapidly and progressing at a swift pace. In addition, the current global economic environment is highly dynamic. It is therefore imperative for any company to keep up with these changes. It is with this in mind that the Basamh Trade & Investment Group (BTIG) is transforming to be future-ready while ensuring that its vision and operations are aligned with its purpose and values.

As part of planning for the coming years, BTIG held its annual OGSM event on December 13, 2018. As a part of BTIG, Goody participated in this full-day event which took place at Park Hyatt Jeddah. During the event, not only were the successes of the previous year celebrated, but various Goodyians were also recognized for their achievements.

This was a great opportunity for the entire group to come together and align on the company’s strategy for 2025, which was presented under the concept of LEAP (Lead, Empower, Activate and Progress). Through the application of the LEAP 2025 strategy, changing circumstances can be turned into opportunities to leap to a successful and sustainable future. The strategy was translated with the help of action plans which will pave Goody’s journey of amazement for the coming years. These plans were reinforced through the inspiring speeches of the Board, CEO and Lead Team members.
