Goody Develops the Future Leaders by Launching Goody Leadership Program

People are the most important asset in our organization. As part of Goody values, Goodyians have the passion to win. In order for us to stay at the top vs. our competitors and cope with the challenges around us in the region, we need a new set of competencies that are becoming essential to continue our journey to 2020. We need to act from now and plan for the future by doing the right level of investment and focus on our future leaders who will carry on this journey to make Goody a global multinational company. Having strong and more competent managers will improve retention, working environment, people development, company performance, business growth, engagement and much more. With the Goody Leadership Program (GLP), we aim to equip our managers with the tools they need to become the leaders of the future. GLP is a unique program for all line managers in Goody that aims to develop a consistent approach and high standard of line management skills. Through GLP, Goody’s leadership capabilities will be developed further to become an employer of choice by 2020. It is a journey of personal development that will elevate the leadership of the total organization to a new level.
